We are yet another pair of extremely grateful stranded travelers! We limped into our hotel in Flagstaff at 3:30am with our beloved Jetta on a flatbed truck with a busted alternator. Based on the first two glowing "travelers in distress" reviews here, we set our alarm for 8:00am and called right when the business opened. Gene had a tow lined up for us by 8:04, our car was fixed by 10:30, and they even came and picked us up at our hotel to save us cab fare to their shop. Tom and Gene are good guys with a clean shop and super positive attitudes. I instinctively trusted Gene from the first word he spoke on the phone, and they didn't let me down from my initial impression. Highly recommended!

Tom and Gene saved the day! My brother and I were on a day trip up to Flagstaff from Phoenix when my Jeep began violently shaking on the freeway at any speed over 50 mph! We were able to drive the rest of the way up with the flashers on and stopped at the first auto parts store we found. TAG Automotive was recommended to us and I am so grateful that they were! We dropped the car off and the gentlemen said they would take a look at it. We were only supposed to be in town for the day and I told them that we were really hoping to get it fixed right away so we could head back to Phoenix that night as planned. Tom and Gene were EXTREMELY helpful, they found the part we needed, drove across town to pick it up, and even stayed 2 hours AFTER closing to get my car fixed so we could be on our way. I highly recommend TAG Automotive, they were so accommodating and I am so grateful for the service they provided.

It's a very long story, but the bottom line is, TAG Auto saved my road trip and my budget!  My car broke down on Father's Day, so they were closed, but they had diagnosed and repaired the many issues before noon on Monday.  They came to pick us up at the hotel before check-out time, gave me a very reasonable rate for the repairs, and were working on a police car when I left.  EXCELLENT service, sweet man, very helpful to a frazzled and frantic traveler.  They almost make me want to move to Flagstaff, just to have someone reliable to care for my car!

TAG Automotive helped us out and were extremely gracious.  Visiting Flagstaff for a day trip on a Saturday and discovering that your radiator is not all it once was caused a moment of panic that was quickly dispelled by Tom Priest as he diagnosed the truck and fixed it right up.  He drove us over to Beaver Street to entertain ourselves while he worked on it and then picked us up just a short time later.  Price was very fair, the guys were so nice, and my truck is happy once again.  I wish they were closer...they would get all my business!!!
