While visiting from Los Angeles for a family reunion, my 2015 Ford Focus went into Limp mode throwing multiple codes. Tom determined the failing turbo was the cause of all of the problems. He tracked down all the parts needed and took the time to explain all the pricing/shipping options, showing me everything. His labor rate is significantly less than the dealerships. He was EXTREMELY friendly, knowledgeable, patient and courteous answering all my questions, especially when I thought I knew more.
