Best shop from a 20 year Flagstaff resident. I was a loyal customer to half a dozen, top-notch shops over the years. Found TAG and never turned back. Never had to take back a vehicle after a repair. Diagnosed correctly 100% of the time and cost is more than reasonable for our lower, middle-class family. Also, the guys are super cool, friendly, and smart as hell. Even if you love your mechanic, just take your automobile to TAG once. You won't be disappointed. In a town with a good number of great shops, TAG is the best of the best.

I gave them a call in the morning and 10 minutes later I was dropping off my keys. After 30 minutes I got a call giving me a breakdown of what was wrong and an estimate. We discovered Tag Auto and the incredible guys who run it and do the actual work about 8 years ago. Since then they’ve serviced and fixed 4 of our vehicles. Worked with me while my car was falling apart, and I was 8 months pregnant and an emotional mess. They’re family guys too! We trust them to do the job right every time and for an affordable cost. Just all around great guys! They know who I or my husband are when we call and always are accommodating as possible to our needs. We recommend them to everyone and we’ll never go anywhere else as long as we have cars!

While there for a routine service on my fleet vehicle I asked if they were familiar with lift kit installs. I was asked about which product and other details, I showed them exactly which kit I was interested in ordering. He quickly read over all the details of the kit on my iPad and said they could handle the install no problem. Anyway, I ordered and received the kit and made contact with TAG late Thursday afternoon, by 1:30 PM Friday the kit was installed. It looks great, the truck rides the same, and no surprise when I got the bill. Would recommend TAG without any hesitations.

I frequently forget when things are due and then panic when they are overdue. They don’t hesitate to squeeze me in when able. I will never go to anyone outside of TAG automotive!!! I recently took my vehicle to another mechanic that ran a fuel line incorrectly around my engine that could have caused a serious engine fire. TAG repaired the mistake and checked other safety features just to make sure I would be safe. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They are affordable and timely in their work as well. I will never go anywhere else in Flagstaff!

This garage has earned my trust time and again. One time I thought I needed a new power steering pump due to noise. They told me they would do it but that I really did not need a new one, that Ford pumps often are noisy. They actually talked me out of spending money. Everyone else in town I talk to say the same thing, they are an honest shop.
